Monkey Beach organizza beach party sulla Playa de Troya dal 2007, diventando una leggenda della vita notturna di Tenerife. La struttura è più grande del previsto: un club sulla spiaggia con più bar, un ristorante, un'area piscina sul tetto e un grande palco che ha ospitato artisti come Eric Morillo, Roger Sanchez e Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano. Ogni mercoledì durante la stagione estiva si svolge The White Party — una delle serate più chiacchierate dell'isola, dove il dress code tutto bianco si unisce a una pista all'aperto.
