Tenerife Party Vibes operates as both a direct seller and third-party event promoter, with refund terms varying by purchase type.

1. Tickets & Packs Sold Directly by Tenerife Party Vibes

For tickets purchased directly through our website or payment links:

  • Refunds available only if the event organizer officially cancels the event.
  • Rescheduled events: Tickets remain valid for the new date.
  • No refunds will be issued for: late arrival, denied entry due to age, dress code, behaviour, intoxication, venue policy, or if you do not attend for personal reasons.

2. Tickets Purchased via Third-Party Platforms

When you are redirected to an external ticketing provider (such as Get Your Tickets or other platforms), the contract of sale is between you and that provider and/or the event organiser.

  • Tenerife Party Vibes does not handle refunds or modifications for third-party purchases.
  • You must contact the ticket provider directly for any issues.
  • Refunds, changes, cancellations, and disputes are governed entirely by the third party's own terms and policies.

3. Important Note on Admission Timing

Some venues apply strict admission policies, including latest entry times, which may not always appear on your ticket. It is your responsibility to arrive on time and comply with all venue requirements. No refunds will be issued for late arrivals or failure to meet entry conditions.
