1. About Tenerife Party Vibes and Scope

Tenerife Party Vibes is an event promotion and discovery brand focused on the best parties and events in Tenerife. Depending on the event and product, Tenerife Party Vibes may act as:

• Direct Seller — you purchase a ticket or pack directly from Tenerife Party Vibes via our website or a payment link.
• Promoter/Referrer — we redirect you to a third-party ticketing platform to complete your purchase.

Your rights, refunds, and responsibility for the transaction depend on where you complete the purchase.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or attend most events promoted on our site, unless the event explicitly states otherwise. You are responsible for confirming age requirements and entry conditions before purchasing.

3. Tickets, Packs, and Purchases

3.1 Direct Sale

If you purchase directly from Tenerife Party Vibes, the contract of sale is between you and Tenerife Party Vibes for the ticket or pack described at checkout.

3.2 Third-Party Sale

If you are redirected to an external ticketing provider (e.g., Get Your Tickets or other platforms), the contract of sale is between you and that provider and/or the event organiser.

• Tenerife Party Vibes does not control third-party checkout processes, ticket issuance, billing, cancellation, refunds, or entry management.
• You must review the third party's terms and policies before completing your purchase.

4. Refund & Return Policy

4.1 Direct Sale Refunds

Refunds are only available if the event is officially cancelled by the organiser.

• If an event is rescheduled, your ticket remains valid for the new date.
• No refunds will be issued for: late arrival, denied entry due to age, dress code, behaviour, intoxication, venue policy, or personal non-attendance.

4.2 Third-Party Sale Refunds

If you purchased through a third-party platform, refunds, changes, cancellations, and disputes are governed entirely by that platform's policies. Tenerife Party Vibes cannot process refunds or changes for these transactions.

5. Entry Policies and Venue Rules

Venues may enforce strict entry requirements including dress code, age verification, valid ID, and behaviour standards. Some venues apply latest admission times which may not appear on your ticket.

• It is your responsibility to arrive early and comply with venue requirements.
• No refunds will be issued for late arrival or failure to meet entry conditions.
• Entry is always at the venue's discretion, subject to applicable laws.

6. Modifications to Events and Services

Event details, lineups, schedules, and prices may change without notice due to organiser or venue decisions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without liability.

7. Third-Party Links

Our site may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of third parties. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our site or content for unlawful purposes, to infringe intellectual property, to harass others, to submit false information, to transmit malware, to scrape data, or to interfere with security features. We may terminate access for violations.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tenerife Party Vibes from any claims arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Services, or violation of any law or third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain.
